my spicy tropical marinade for chicken or pork

finely dice some onion and seeded jalapeno pepper (1.2 onion and 1 pepper)
This is part of the magic- tropical sazon (no MSG!) its full of delicious dried herbs...


To it (2pkts) I added 1/4 cup dry white wine and 2 tbs olive oil....then I stuck it in my foodsaver marinator ...but a ziplock bag and 30 minutes will do just fine! We grilled these pork chops err.. my hubby did. We ate them with leftover hash brown casserole and corn, Oooo... y'all need the hash brown casserole recipe now. Ok. soon.
