favorite kitchen things...

this is my kosher salt... it dissolves in hot things... makes things just taste better. I used to use Celtic sea salt from the grain and salt society. That's when I managed the health food store. It was $12 a 9oz jar... eeek. This is just as good......
Here are some of my old cookbooks that I've hoarded (my husband says) through the years.

I swear by the Borax after I work in the garden... and the Bon Ami is great for EVERYTHING!


No, it's not powdered sugar... it's flour-in this container it's great for dusting pans and work surfaces.
