simple mahi mahi


This is super easy guys... and lemon buttery every time.First, I coated the fish with a mixture of lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, paprika,parsley and garlic .Then, I melted 2 tbs butter over med-high heat, add the fish and cook just until its firm to the touch... about 4 min per side. Melts in your mouth... and great for keys-style fish sandwiches, too. mmm . enjoy! Feel free to leave a comment, they are greatly appreciated!
