
It begins with the rice, a few years ago for mother's day I got a rice cooker.. perfect for sushi rice!

This is a small part of the huge
amount of
blackfin tuna- you can also use other "filling " for your sushi, veggies are yummy... so is that fake crab meat out there.

With wet hands (I keep a bowl of water nearby) pat the rice firmly onto the rough side of the
nori. Leave a half inch at bottom and about an inch at the top.
